Previous work... Gully

I have been doing this as a hobby for a few years now, this was the first sculpt I ever did... Gully from the comic 'Battlechasers' by Joe Madureira... however because I took so long for me to get around to bake it, it cracked and became redundant. I have learnt from my mistakes. But i thought I would post these pics as it all charts my progress to where I am now. I have since started another sculpt of Gully in exactly the same pose which will feature later on in this blog.

Welcome to my studio... sounds flash eh?

I now have my own dedicated workspace where I can work, stand up and leave things exactly where they are without having to move them... I dont have to worry about getting silicone all over the carpet, burning a hole in the table with an alcohol torch, or playing music too loudly whilst I work... its a portacabin really, but as its where I do all of my sculpting I am getting used to calling it a studio.
